FORTYSEVEN is a modern wellness and thermal spa in Baden which aims to become the most digital thermal spa in Switzerland. Their goal was to have their wellness journey reflected as a customer journey also in the online presence.

Collaborating closely with the client and Rosarot, a Zurich-based design firm, we spent eleven months crafting a system architecture that showcased a beautiful product selection and integrated post-visit marketing initiatives. We began with the conceptual design and development of a striking website, emphasising a seamless user experience through a «mobile-first» approach. The meticulous design of the page structure enhanced the digital user experience, ensuring optimal performance across all devices.

To enable efficient and targeted digital marketing, we linked the new website to HubSpot as both a marketing platform and CRM. This integration allowed us to develop a comprehensive marketing automation platform, supporting FORTYSEVEN’s digital marketing efforts and enhancing the overall customer experience.
